I am sitting in disbelief at some people on here who think he shouldnt be sacked. If I were CEO hed be gone already. For a head coach to get drunk like that the night before a game and end up in the incident he did is a) unheard of by any head coach before and b) disgraceful.

For me it is just confirmation of what the culture at Bondi is really like.Your head coach is the figurehead of this culture and I can only sit and laugh at the joke our club has become.

If he doesnt go unfortunately I do. I wont support them.

it all comes down to attitude. the coach goes a long way in shaping these kids attitude, and when he is bloody enjoying himself getting pissed before game day, can you really blame them??????

the are unfit and unmotivated.

we have these critical lapses that last for 20 minutes in which we either give away our lead or in which teams extend theres. this is the period in which we loose the game. not from one bad pass at the end, or one dropped ball. it comes down to fitness and attitude.

look at the last few weeks, against manly and tigers, the last 15 minutes before half time, we had one of these lapses n they both scored 18 points on us. tonight in the 12-30 minute mark was the same. and before this this 'lapse' occured in our second half.

we need to fix this to start winning games.

i love freddy, but for the good of the club he needs to go. it has been the same problem week in week out and it is the coaches job to fix it. he has had a season and a half to do it and he hasnt done it.
