  • Flanagan

What an insipid performance. Total shyte in all areas from attack, defence and goalkicking.

Some of you guys hailed this guy as the second coming of Christ but I’ve seen **** all from him tbh.

All that field position and he delivered wrong option or error after error.

I liked what i saw from Flanagan last year...but you cannot defend that performance. Beyond poor in the basic areas of the game, as were others.

A rookie half with 11 FG games.

Growing pains are to be expected.

Besides he wasn't the one who bombed a try over the line.

He nor Keary took any control in the last 2 weeks. Really disappointed by these 2 losses. Should have won both games

Bit hard on the rookie. This where the senior players need to step up, and none did.

They all look a bit disjointed. Might be a few weeks until things start to click. Maybe JMoz will smarten things up?

A bit harsh has long way to go I think he has it just gotta get used to the team and our tempo and match harden up.
It was always up to keary and he stuffed it twice ..he is the man you should point the finger at.

The usual suspects calling for him to be given time.

Yet the same experts who rode off Lam after two first grade games...

He was poor, I don’t even know if I could give him a 1/10 because it’s hard to think of anything good that he did.

But if Robbo thinks he’s the best option which he clearly does because he started in the first 2 rounds then he deserves some time to get this right.

It’s what he learns from tonight and then changes for next week that matters most, not so much how he played tonight. Part and parcel of running with a rookie half is that he’s going to turn in plenty of shockers, that’s part of the development phase. It’s a thinking man’s position... not as simple as just making your tackles and taking some runs.

Not writing Kyle off, but just wanted to know when Sam walker is eligible to play firsts?

Buying Cronk was a short term gamble that obviously paid off big time but the flip side of that was always going to be finding another halfback and now here we are.

Lam is a good player, I've long wanted to see him in firsts.

I was surprised when we signed young Flanno but greater minds than mine made these calls.

If Robbo is as dirty on Lam as some of the Chookpenners (which I doubt), we could see Verrils in the halves at some point.
