Equal third for halves with trys on 6
Leading the comp on kick meters with 8195m, currently 3125m more than any other player.
In the top 10 of the dally m.
Sitting on 23rd for missed tackles from any halves in the comp currently, averaging 1.6 missed per game
Prior to this round was equal top point scorer with thurston
Kicks goals at 80%
The goods are clearly damaged based on that information presented. Our side is farked from 1 through to 17 at the moment, no one can put in any consistency. Pearce isn't to be blamed for the loss, but that truly was one of those moments you cannot help but laugh at and say wtf were you thinking.
I've been saying it for years, Anasta and Pearce are not gamebreakers, they're too similar in the way they play, we've needed variation there for as long as I can remember, but this year our inept forward pack and pathetic backline have given them nothing to work with. Pearce is still way overrated IMO though.Alcohol never solved any life problems.....then again neither did milk.

My post was in relation to the "damaged goods" comment, something that even you can concede is far from true this season.Last edited by Johnny Bravo; 06-22-2009, 12:58 AM.

I don't blame Pearce for our position on the ladder, I blame poor management, recruitment and the experienced guys not doing their job. Pearce's performance is just a culmination of many factors, but he's never been the "go to" guy to win games, I don't know why people expect it now.

The Langers, Mortimners and Johns of the world had shown signs early in their career. Pearce has had 2 years at the top level and is yet to show it. For the sake of our team's long term fortune, I hope I am proven wrong, sooner rather than later.
Melon reckons he can see the future in Pearce, and I stake my 34 years involvement with the game ( at many levels) against his talent spotting.

I love Freddy. I hate putting the boot into him.
He has to go.
You find excuses for Brad, yet you condem one of the best players in the team on a consistent basis.
Mate, you are not looking at things objectively.
The way the current team is playing is a direct reflection of the coach.
The attitude to hard work and team work is deplorable.
The coach is on the piss before a game.
Not even I would do that.
That is bad man.

you would rather dump a LARGE majority of a team, just to buy other players in the hope that they will perform and make freddy look good????
I am considering changing your name to Transit Lounge rather the Rooster Cogburn !!!!!!
