I know I'm in the minority here, but I'd have Pearce back , was always a fan, his energy was always up. Pearce has talent, just not the cool head, cronk possibly not the talent, but cool head. cronk coaches Pearce, as long as Pearce is accepting of his shortcomings, fixes his discipline etc , but for now I'd persist with Flanagan. just my opinion .

I would rather stick with Kyle TBH. He is young, does not have any baggage and can be moulded by Cooper and company. I hope that we are patient with and do not turn on Kyle too early - he has only played about 10 games to date, and has plenty of potential. He does not have a lot of errors in his game. His main shortcoming, from what I have seen thus far, is that he is a bit too conservative in his style of play and does not have instinct and back himself. But, again, he is very young and has nearly his whole career ahead of him. Let us reassess in about 2 years time - I think we may just be pleasantly surprised. I also think he is a much better cultural fit for our club.Last edited by Mad_Rabid_Rooster; 04-05-2020, 08:35 PM.MRR or Rabid
Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Alongside Keary, Mitch would be brilliant.
A slightly more mature version of his old self, with Keary playing the Maloney role.
I'd normally be all for it. Problem is, I would not allocate more than 450-500k for Pearcey, and he'll want more than that.
Also, i'm pretty sure the powers that be are balls deep with Flanagan and intend to make it work.
So its a no thanks from me.

We've moved on from all those mentioned, except Cronk...who retired from playing and is still with us.
They can't come back, most would have too much baggage, the others wouldn't meet our required standard of play.
Every sponsorship dollar now is even more vital, and cannot be risked.
The only one who could possibly come back would be Latrell.Last edited by bondi.boy; 04-08-2020, 08:15 AM.
