But they are put into jeopardy because of a health issue.

Sorry , I am getting off subject now
no you are not. It’s been a long and valid point that fits in perfectly with the ‘cultural’ debate being used to justify unjustifiable behavior.

I think they should get tested for corona & hopefully come back clear & fine them the same as any other person would be fined.
I wouldn’t suspend them unless they test positive.
My thoughts would not change. I love my Roosters but if a Roosters player put the whole league at risk, we would have comp to support and as such, no Roosters.

Stuff whoever is selfish enough to risk our game.

I'm a bit worried that V' Landys could have his own case to answer if he takes the advice recommended in the thread title.

the punishment is almost there on face value but with the 60% suspended its the act of a eunuch

A slap on the wrists - so disappointing.
The more things change, the more they stay the same ...

Lets not forget the indigenous cop last year, he tortured and clubbed a wombat to death, went to court and got off because killing and eating a wombat was a cultural thing,

Yeah very surprising. Something has influenced this claytons punishment. Discounted fines aren't a deterrent. Maybe the League know the cops could yet go hard.

But FMD, he has to do something about Latrell and Ado-Carr.

If he wants public (and Gov't ) support for the 28th May restart to go from 50% to 90% he has to suspend these two selfish diickheads for this season. Or at least 12 weeks.

                        Unbelievable.
Sorry but that is a piss weak effort on the social
distancing issue. Sounds big as a headline but then 60% of the fine and the match ban suspended. it is a Joke that
they actually broke the law and treated the league and fans as fools. Pearce copped 6 games and was fined more than 50k I am pretty sure for just being a drunk.

That's exactly who I was thinking of when I suggested 12 weeks.

How many weeks would Lattrell have got if he was still at Easts? I'm guessing 1 would be the first digit.

                            Weak. V'Landys bottled it.

They put themselves above the welfare of the clubs, players and everyone associated with them.

                            Shouldn't be playing this season.
