I don't think there should have been any rule changes brought in at this stage of the season. They should have been trialled properly during pre-season matches or even in the NSW Cup and Jersey Flegg competitions. That would have been more reasonable, and would have avoided any concerns of an unfair and uneven playing field. You know that it makes sense!
