Then there are "germs", a virus for which there is no vaccine, for example.
A virus so contagious that library books being returned will be quarantined for 24 hours.
A virus that is killing young people, even if rarely, and is also causing them to suffer blood clots and strokes.
It's not beyond the realms of possibility that a player could have casual sex, contract Covid-19, get blood clots and have a stroke, or have to have a limb amputated (like the young Broadway star.)
