I would argue that RTS is Turbo's equal. He just has the misfortune of playing for an average side and also doesn't get to shine in Origin.

If RTS and Turbo swapped teams then I know who'd be getting more praise.

Three truly great fullbacks though. But Teddy definitely number one, and frankly I'd take him over Slater too with both at their peaks.

Why? Turbo and Slater are incredible hole runners; but Teddy can create his own holes better than anyone I've ever seen. Case in point Friday night with the try from nothing.

That's very true Tommy, I should not have left RTS out of the comparisons, every bit as good. I think I developed tunnel vision after listening to Ikin on NRL 360 tonight.

I also agree with your thoughts on Slater and Teddy.

I especially loved this bit from the article in his prediction for the Roosters-Souffs 2018 Prelim...

"I think if they start well, the Rabbitohs have too many points in them for the Roosters," Roach said." "They create more opportunities..."

They didn't score a try And couldn't have looked any less threatening.
        This.

if they had to tell us what they predicted after the fact the credibility for most would be Zerrrro. Be worried if they start tipping us. Kent and maybe Sterlo talk sense, the rest run on hype or personal fantasy

All those who aggressively backed Storm in GF 2018 and Panthers very early on that same year- its still etched in my memory ! ! Then they returned for more failure by jizzing over the green machine !

If only I could dig up the game in 1996 at North Sydney Oval where Tony Iro ran all over him.

It was beautiful to watch live.

Well he did have a great game against us while we were asleep. But Ikin is not the only one around saying that but it’s only to create a topic of interest because the other fullback talk is about Latrine and they’ve flogged that so much. At the end of the day, Turbo and Jake are good kids free from the garbage that Latrine has. He’s a great fullback second ONLY to Teddy!

Turbo won’t replace teddy as nsw or Australian fullback unless there was an injury, the beauty of Tommy is he can play just as well at center or wing, so he will be making those rep teams regardless.

i think ikin means he could push teddy for one of the best players in the game, But he won’t push him out of any rep teams, because unlike latrell, turbo is happy to play out of position and gives his all at Center, wing or fullback.

He couldn’t lace Teddy’s boots. Not even close.

I think you need to change therapists as your current one is doing nothing for your inferiority complex.

                    Chook.

Well Ikin just nailed Brisbane and Seibold to the wall with one of the more savage and accurate aasessment you'll hear...

Andrew McCullough would have been a very handy addition for the Brisbane Broncos last night.

The bit about coming prepared for a thrashing with statistics was so pathetic:

Most concerning though was when Seibold quoted a statistic about his opposition from four years ago.

“It’s quite interesting, we played the Roosters tonight, two time champions, and I think back to 2016 when they finished 15th. There was a game I remember watching they got beaten 46-0 against the Storm, and I remember them having seven players under 40 games. Well, we had 10 players under 30 games tonight, and two making their debut,” said Seibold.

I’m sure some out there thought his recall was super human, all I saw was a coach who’d spent his week pre-planning an excuse should his team be handed a spanking.

I know it’s true, because it’s not the first time it’s happened.

Then came the real low point late last night.

A text message was sent out by a senior Broncos staffer to multiple journalists outlining the difference in experience between Brisbane and the Roosters.

Seibold is probably the worst coach I have ever seen in the NRL, and I have seen so useless ones
He deserves Brisbane and they derserve him.

I bet he gave a wicked powerpoint presentation at the job interview though. Full of big words, some flashy slides, a description of what he learned in his Harvard leadership course, explanations of game sense training techniques, and an ultra modern method for measuring KPIs.

He's a classic snake oil salesman. How funny that the Broncos management, Lockyer included, bought it hook, line and sinker! To the tune of a 5 yr deal
