is that right? I mean i'd like to see hall get a go, but if the nrl are enforcing the temperature thing then it would make sense that you can pick someone from outside the 19.

If Teddy is ruled out, BMoz to 1 and Hall on the wing. Manu is best in the centres.

If Teddy is ruled out it will be BMoz to fullback and Hall on the wing IMO. I don't think there are any provisions for inclusions from outside the 19 man squad.
