I would go with SV, he has the skill set and pace. I believe pick your best 17 players then find there positions . Sv has big match experience and I couldn't see Robbo partnering flanno with another rookie half, so that could rule out walker or lam.
I would use hutch as a back up back up. Imo
tedesco would be as good a 5/8 as mini was.

it would seem a waist not to run Verrills in the halves at training . If he's on the bench the more positions he can cover the better.
Poor Keary will be under pressure to play through injury this year as 2 or 3 weeks of him out could be curtains for the chooks. He is a tough little rooster though

Got to have faith in our systems and squad, we have never been a one man team. Robbo has coached the "one squad" mentality and we bat down to number 25 at least. Keary is just about the games premier player but we would manage ok I think.

The real issue would be losing a number of our top 17, not just any one player.
