Gus has better hands and is a bigger body. Gus or Butcher, we need another fwd other than Rads who can ball play, to cover when he gets suspended, both are natural ball players and big bodies and game time practice is what is needed. It is needed to relieve pressure off Flanagan. Liu has a nice short pass, but not the ball skills of the other 2.

Butcher's primary spot is at lock so we are covered in that area IMO Angus is better playing out wide and running tough lines at halves with that nice late footwork\offload. Butcher needs to develop a better passing game as i agree with radley being so key to our attack.. the way he held up croft just enough with his pass to keary for j moz's try was beautiful.

I reckon Maubs will be back this week, even if the Iceman is cleared to play. Possibly for Sam but will be interesting to see what Robbo does.

I'll take that if you want to give it. But it would be a stupid bet on your part, so I guess you aren't serious. We certainly have a great team, and we should win this, but the dogs played well last week, and Saints weren't that bad, they both would have beaten the Drongos. Beware the early crow. If you think we are going to win every game you are due to be disappointed, and we wouldn't be the first team to come from a huge win to a loss, take Canberra v Newcastle as a current example. Or Wests against the Titans.

I actually thought the Broncos v Roosters was a 50/50 game but when you are without Bird, Staggs, Glenn, Fifita, Pangai Jnr & Jake Turpin thats 6 of your top 13 gone it's game over.
That side that ran out for Brisbane is nothing like the real Broncos & if they get their full team on the paddock I still believe they can give the comp a shake so Im not getting to excited about last weeks smashing.
I think the Bulldogs side is a better side than that depleted Broncos side last week but I also believe the Chooks will be to good for them & the Chooks should win by 20. The comment of giving them 40 start was just being silly.
Newcastle are a side that should be taken very seriously because they have a pretty good roster & a coach with a hard edge that has had first hand knowledge given to him by the best 2 coaches in the game over a long period.

quite possibly, i mean we could probably get more out of aubbo then sam?? He plays limited minutes and the only 1 spot. Maybe we could develop sam into a Brandon smith type of utility? As long as we have friend and he is our skipper he will continue to play the majority so it leaves us with not much of a choice. This was always going to be the issue when we signed Angus, it was just a matter of time until he settled in and made that spot his own.
