Considering we had 3 days less prep and played at Parras home ground it was a great win.
my views;
the eels are the NRL story for 2020 and get all the benefits it accords;
they are a dangerous side and will get better;
Cummins is useless- how about the impromptu comedy show when he tried to penalise the Roosters for a high tackle on Radley: really.
we had the resilience when tested and the ability to find the win. Keary and Cords for the clutch play;
Flanagan’s goal kicking was very good tonight.
The falcon was a classic
Gutherson is the new Atkin f$&king lay down penalty seeking cat;
Reunions - it was great to see Tupes, Fergo, Jennings, Cords and Aubo hanging out at the end of the game - premiership brothers

Gutsy performance. Best win of the season seeing as though parra where awesome in defense, Teddy and Rads went off and Jake and Toops both played through injured. Coming back after Parra had all the ball, momentum and took the lead in the 2nd half was the most pleasing part of the win for me.

But, there were replays on the big screen he could've looked at?
He seemed to be concentrating on the 'riot' we put on after the tackle, where Rads had a go at Brown.
Then our players protested about the penalty to Eels...that's what they should do..
Pleasingly it seems that someone whispered in his ear and he reversed his decision.

Give credit to Parra doesnt matta for their scrambling defense a little more finesse from Easts and we could've been up by more at half time.
Credit to our forwards who stuck to playing football instead of Parras thuggery..
Awesome display of power.Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

His hit ups after Teddy went off turned the match. He was incredible.
That whole left edge was special.
Waqa Blake murdered Stephen Crichton last week but tonight JMoz gave him such an epic bath that he won't need to wash for a year; like a Souffs fan.
In attack and defence he put on a clinic. What a man! After he set up Toops at the end I told the gf to get out of the house because Jmoz is taking her spot.

Was very concerned there but their courage never fails to amaze me. AND they were up against a 7-3 penalty count and lots of six again calls that Cummins always liked to give late in the tackle count. We got a couple and they were on the first tackle...yeah....tanks a lot! There are probably numb nuts out there still saying we're a club without soul...truth is we got more soul than James Brown!!!!

The game was very similar to last year’s GF... tough 1st half where the Roosters were the better side, the other team “appears” to come back at the start of the 2nd half but then the Roosters completely dominate in the final 20 mins (the money quarter) with multiple line breaks, easy metres and clutch plays (last year was Keary-Mitchell and was Keary-Cords last night). A champion side that steps up when it matters!
Everyone talks about how well the Morris twins are playing.. they were always great players but putting them in the Roosters structure just shows off how good they are. The Roosters system is bigger than any individual player... this is the reason why the Roosters look like they haven’t lost a thing this year despite Coops and Trell not being around.
