All the penalties and 6 agains we gave away...plus other mistakes. Do that against the Eels on their home ground, their cauldron, we will lose.

A memo went out to all clubs during the week warning them that the 6 again rule will be strictly applied from now on, and players will be sin binned.
Also sin binned for rushing up too early in defence.

Eels can do no wrong...see tapes of their games this season.

Should be a cracker of a game tonight and really looking forward to it. We have been in red hot form since the break which looks like it was exactly what we needed after a couple of long years with premiership success and rep footy for a lot of the boys.
The eels are a very good footy team and you can see they have been on the up over the last couple of seasons with no real weaknesses anymore.
They have a pair of big wingers to start the sets , quick centres and clever halves with a strong pack of forwards and a good spine.
I have a big opinion of Dylan Brown and his combination with Lane will be a good test for flanno and Gus.
Junior Paulo is a very clever big man and we will have to watch his offloads.
Overall I think we will be too strong for them and get on top late.
Cummins is Winx like odds to put one of ours in the bin.
Easts to win.

Gus is tipping the roosters, for what it's worth, I think Jennings is going ok for a silver fox, remember feeling bad for him when he cried after playing in 2018 when spanked them.

Exactly when can teams not in possession start running up in defence at the play the ball?
1. When the player puts the ball on the ground?
2. When the player's foot touches the ball?
3. When the ball clears the ruck...leaves the boot of the man playing it?

We need to check that the games are being refereed correctly.

Good preview mate. Think we might have to grind this one home, unlike the blow-outs we've had recently.
