Despite taking part in non-contact training this week, Sydney Roosters superstar James Tedesco is now considered unlikely to play in Friday night’s clash against St George Ilalwarra.

Coach Trent Robinson said on Thursday morning that Tedesco still had to pass a final concussion test.

Tedesco was knocked out cold when he collided with a rampaging Parramatta winger Maika Sivo last Saturday night.

“We have just got to assess today whether he is ready to play, that last bit, whether we think he is ready or not,” Robinson said.

But The Daily Telegraph has been told since that Tedesco was in significant doubt.

If he doesn’t play Brett Morris will most likely move to fullback with Ryan Hall coming onto the wing.

Yep. Cummins gave the Eels three crucial 4th tackle "6 to go's" early in the 2nd half; but they were all deserved. A reward for strong carries which saw the Eels get on top during that period.

I couldn't complain about any of the calls and felt as though we should have been smarter in getting off the tackled player earlier so late in the tackle count. Alas it's still a learning curve and Robbo & the boys will adjust.

Derserved maybe. There is a trend going back to the souffs game where the ref has given more possession to the opposition in the first 20 mins of the second half.

Some of it probably earned but it is a trend I've been keeping my eye on the last month. See what happens this weekend.
