As a kid to have broken out at young age and to achieve all that he's done, it's clear that the people that he associated with saw that and told him to test his value. It's hard when you have so many people in your ear when your young and achieved a lot, there isn't many young blokes who can be mature when dealing with career decisions.
Well said for a young bloke. Mature attitude.

I mean I've spent the last two weeks thinking that Latrell was now a world class fullback because he took on and overcame the might of the Titans and Warriors.
The media is desperate for it to be a success.

He has talent but it's looking like a case of having too many people in his ear destroying his career. He could've stayed and had more success and probably could've had up to another decade of solidifying his legacy at the Chooks. But now thanks to a mix of factors, he's in a situation which is slowly impacting him in a negative way.
For mine it's a happy decline.

If he continues to play at Fullback I doubt if he will ever play for NSW or Australia again, I doubt if he will still be playing first grade in 2 or 3 years unless he changes back to a centre or winger and gets a huge dose of reality. He hasn't got the brains, work ethic or fitness to play fullback.
He actually accepted our offer. He went to a meeting that was to formalise it and told them he wanted to test the market. After that we couldn't wait to get rid of him. Deserves all that happens to him from here on in.

I know I would take him back so long as he takes this experience on the chin and became motivated to revive his career. It would make for a very nice comeback story!
Never say never but it would take some work on his part to try and get Nick and Robbo to forgive what he did. Remember our team is all about character on and off the field.

Over the week i hear commentators like Matty Johns say 'Oooh Latrell is playing great and Cody walker compliments him blah blah...' WTF? They played the Titans and Warriors FFS, and the score flattered souffs! Great to see them back where they belong!

Wouldn't want him back if he paid us , also you would think that watching the worlds best F/B do his stuff all those years Latrine would have picked up something , he's actually got nothing

No arguments but if they get close, on their day they could surprise. I think they will lack consistency when it counts though.

Watch the reply of Penrith's third try, Fatrell is literally walking even before Dylan Edwards fends off Braddon Burns for the try. Wouldn't take the **** back if he paid us.

I got my first inkling how much Souffs fans really are pissed off at Keary when I read one talking about how Russell Crowe physically beat Keary up and thats why he left. Russell Crowe could not beat up a 12 year old let alone an NRL player

Its sometimes hard to bag the kid because he was a Rooster and was generally nice and polite to the fans.
So its sad a bit to see one of our ex's to seemingly fit into the Souffs culture of laziness, filth and obnoxiousness so naturally

Bunnies are flat track bullies , they will dust up the poor teams and look a million bucks but when they come up against the heavyweights with a bit of mettle they will fold.

Aside from last night, Latrell's form has been steadily improving.
