I do think Bennett was a good coach......Once.

It's obvious whatever made him good in the pre NRL/early era isn't there anymore and i'm really enjoying watching Souths slide into West Tigers territory (mediocrity)

With him in charge there is no Plan B

He now has a tendency to ruin clubs jnr development by bringing the same old tired players with him that suit his one dimensional game plan from club to club forcing promising players out.

Beau Scott, Darius Boyd, James Roberts, Gagai and now Sua, Mago etc...

Souths on paper have one of the better back lines but also one of the softest forward packs the likes of which haven't been seen since NSW fielded Ben Creigh, Beau Scott, Dean Young and Kade Snowden all at the same time, Jai Arrow won't fix that.

Premiership or no premiership. They are a far better side on paper than what they are delivering. Dont get me wrong, I couldnt be happier to see them losing but their problems are running deeper then just on field results.

He may not be a magician but even a magician can see that their marquee player isnt a full back.

Hope he retires. He's younger than my mum and looks 20 years older.
