  • Official Match Day Thread: Roosters v Saints

Finally we return to our rightful spot of prime time. Just a shame we have to play such a weak opposition. There is no place for complacency. We need to continue the momentum. A disrupted back line won’t be an issue. We have our best pack available.

Their millionaire bogan bench sitter will have fond memories of dropping the grand final after tonight. Put a hit on that diver Aitken. Let’s break their spirit. Let’s put Mary into unemployment. Their fans are amongst the worst. So let’s give them a night to forget.

Enjoy the privilege of watching our great side.

    GO ROOSTERS!

Sad Teddy is out. I wanted to send Mary off with a cricket score Opes at Brookie style.

never heard of some of them but the dragons have some good players on paper. but even with our reshuffling hard to see them getting close.

              go easts!

The forward pack and the halves remain in tact. It'll be closer but a bottom 8 side hasn't beaten a top 8 side this year; such is the chasm. That won't change tonight.

Roosters by 28. Hall to score a double and Rads to be MotM.

Big disruption to the backline - maybe tonight is Big Ryan Halls night to bag a double - so much brilliance inside him normally the try is scored before it gets to him.

Hope he crosses the strip a couple of times and gets him on his way!

Sounds like hes playing outside Maubs, and no Teddy to draw in defenders....so not sure. Would love to see him grab a try though...hes been working on this amazing post try celebration for years now.

Interesting to see Poasa Faamausili is starting against the Storm tonight. Congratulations to the big guy. Great experience for him.

                            Beware the rising Dragons.
Players are back in their correct positions now, and they won last week.
We have players out, 2 in great form.
We have a good team, and can win, but must keep playing seriously and not relax.
