Robbo could ring me this week to bring me in for the Melbourne clash to fill that vacant bench spot but I think he will put Flanno back to the bench & I will start.
    I'll keep you posted.
I'm up for it, super fit, I'll take it to the line and ball play

If any of us sustained a nasty head gash like he did you would be rushed to hospital to be stitched up commenced on pain relief & monitored for 24 hours but ol matey Cords was vassoed up & bandaged up & back into the battle. What a pair of tough bastards those 2 are & its all for the red white & blue jumper.
Precisely. When I saw Boyd’s cut I told my wife if that was me I’d be in bed recovering for a week a least.

He will be sitting upright in a chair every night for a few weeks, rib fracture is so uncomfortable
Recovery will be at least a month

what a farken gutsy team we have,
As an exercise in humility and recompense I've promised the family no whinging for at least a week

Glad you will enjoy the season regardless - me I’m not giving it to parra or anyone else just yet mate - I think we still get the job done. A lot of heart in this team - maybe you should watch them.

Butcher did his ribs about 3 weeks ago but had been playing through the injury. With effectively the whole squad available Robbo just gave him a rest and he'll be good to go this week

I woke up with severe rib pain once. Not sure how it happened. I got myself to hospital and could not lie back on the bed for examination and x rays without pain, that's until they gave me Endone...aaaahhhh!

Don’t be the “I told you so” type. Nobody likes those people. Next time I see you I’m gonna give you a big slap.

And yes I’m thrilled to see the recent improvement.

nice way to make yourself feel better after a loss, trying to make somebody else look bad.
