Liverpool!? I can’t stand that dive ball game but didn’t they last win their comp 30 years ago?

Yes I saw on the news. I just thought it strange that Robbo would be influenced by a side who hasn’t won a championship in 30 years. It would be like being influenced by Parramatta. Anyway I would never for a second question Robbo’s methods. He seems to know what he is doing.

They haven't won a Premier League in 30 years but they have won the European League comp a few times since including the last one which is a big deal. Historically they have won plenty and are a very popular club worldwide, including in Australia. I would think they are the most popular soccer club from England here in Australia.

i chose to support west ham in the 70s and have been sort of following them ever since. that's a team that robbo would do well to look on as nothing other than a cautionary tale.

Yeah, I think he knows what he is doing. Liverpool have lost only 2 games of their last 69 in the premier league. They won the title with 7 rounds still remaining. They are current EPL title holders, current Champions League title holders and World Cub Champions. It's probably worth Robbo having a look at what they've been doing of late.

I certainly won’t be watching this rubbish. Yeh yeh I know it’s “the world game”. I would rather watch paint dry. I like sports where they pretend not to be hurt rather than sports where they pretend to be hurt. It’s un-Australian.

And thanks for Swooping in. Welcome to The Chookpen.

Well that’s a relief! For a minute I thought you were going snowflake like and becoming soft and greeny like with some comments but I’m glad to see that you’re doing your best to be the enforcer of the forum and not even being wrong will stand in your way!

I am so pleased how Robbo keeps developing, and is being so agile and dynamic in his quest to stay ahead of the curve. It will be interesting just to see what new methods he employs and knowledge he gains. Remember, knowledge is power, and Robbo now has it in spades.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.
