Depending on what the double M's do the Chooks may need to go into the market for a NRL standard winger and centre in any case- doesn't look like they will snare Fifita from the Bronc's he will either re-sign with them or take the big offer from the Titans- Winger/ Centres off contract include - Addo-Carr/ Corey Oates (has options his way for 21/22) / Herbie Farnworth/Sione Katoa /Brendan Elliot/Paul Mamorovski/Alex Johnston- not a lot.

Any view on making a play for Corey Harawira-Naera if he can be registered that is before 3/8/2020 deadline to sign players? - Chooks have signed and re-signed a bunch of players who have had off field problems including being de-registered- Carney/Ferguson/Friend/Pearce/Kenny-Dowell / Tetevano for an example

This is a fault in the system if CHN is allowed back this year when the NRL de registered him and the dogs did the right thing by getting rid of him which has really hurt their attack as he was the best forward for them last year. I don't think another team should be able to benefit by picking him up for the remainder of the season, make him sit it out.

I mentioned Corey H N when he was playing reserve grade at the Dogs last year- nobody thought it was a good idea. Considering we won the premiership i guess they were right!!!

So it seems that Brett Morris & Ryan Hall will probably both not be with us next year maybe Alex Johnston would be a good pickup. Hard to believe he is only 25-seems to have been around for ages.His pace playing outside of Manu would be a big asset. Has also the right attitude to fit into the Roosters system. Only stumbling block is i'm sure we had a big play at him after RTS left....and was offered decent coin. Dont know if he would be happy taking wingers money now. Also i think the Dogs will be throwing big money his way....and Roosters don't pay big money for wingers.

Funny how the Rabbits haven't copped much backlash on punting a local junior like that. The old "salary cap" call hey....i'm wondering if there will be money left over in the cap for Josh Addo-Carr? I'd say there would be some room to fit The Fox in now

Addo-Carr was a Souths junior anyway sio they will justify it by saying they were just re-signing the prodigal son

For outside back depth we could do worse then Brent Naden from Penrith. With the emergence of Crichton, his oppportunities have been limited, contract expires in 2021 I think. He might be interested in a switch.

When I first saw him last year playing for Manly I thought what good player he is, if Manly don't sign him up for next year then they are mad. I think he would be a great buy but the Roosters have invested in Sam Walker so going forward I think the Chooks will be happy with Kearny, Flanno, Walker & either Lam or Hutch for next year. Cust is to good in my opinion to be a back up half he is good enough to make a run on side just like his mate Verrills who is to good to be a back up hooker.

Yeah I spotted him last year too mate and started a similar thread then. He could also be a backup hooker himself which adds to his value.

I'm hoping Addo-Carr goes to Redfern , can you imagine trouble they will get up to with , Jimmy the jet and latrell and Cody. Someone here mentioned Campbell Graham he is a terrific player in my opinion. He was killing them at right centre and they moved him to make way for Jimmy the jet who has done nothing.
