  • Which game does Ryan Hall break his try scoring duck.............

They say Tupou will be out for 6 weeks so Ryan Hall looks to be our left winger for that time, the guy hasn't found the tryline yet, so in which game will he score his first 4 pointer.

Think we’ll put up a score on the warriors, so he should snare one there if he keeps his spot.

At no point have I watched Hall and said "fark he blew that scoring opportunity" or "gee if *insert player* was on the wing he would have scored that".

So it's been 8 games without a try, right?

Blake Ferguson has played 8 games this year and guess how many trys he's scored... ZERO.

Clearly, he should be dropped for Will Smith or George Jennings.

We should offer parra a trade, fergo for hall, to see if we can change their luck.

It should happen this week, predominant left side attack. Just keep up with Jmoz halldog and you'll be fine.

I reckon his best chance will be on a dry track on a sunny Saturday afternoon at the mighty SCG against those Titans.
              MRR or Rabid

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Hall will get the ‘gorilla’ off his back and score against the Cowboys. Playing on his preferred left side should see him finally cross over.

I would love Hall to get a try, just for his sake, but I am very happy with his performances, his workrate and his attitude. His tough runs out of pressure and yardage have been enormous.

him scoring a try isn't a big issue for me. if he doesn't score a try does that mean he hasn't played well?

hope and trust he'll do his job. hope we win.

The tries will come - as many have said his carries and work with the ball has been strong with limited opportunities he has made great yards and always get quickly to his feet to play the ball.

I hope more than he scores at try that he doesn’t let one in. He leaves his man unmarked to often in defence - gets drawn in off him by a decoy or a cut out and gets stuck in no mans land - then looks like the fat unco kid in under fives trying to turn and cover.

Imagine if he scores 3 just by being in the right place at the right time. He will be lauded on here as the best winger ever.

I’m more concerned about what Hall does close to our try line than what he does near the oppositions. With no Toops or Cords for the tough carries, we will be relying heavily on Hall and B.Morris to get our sets off to a good start and some quick play the balls.

Anyone think it's worth having Hall on the right next to Manu? And playing the Morris boys next to each other?
