Chook.
The game has changed a lot.
Atm we're struggling...even if he could come off the bench and hold up our defence he'd be an asset.
What's the worst that could happen?
He doesn't make a difference.
At least we wouldn't die wondering.
Wind him up, he can bust tackles.
Would only be for 5 games.
Games between good teams are now being won by 1, 2, and 4 points.
He might just be the difference between our winning or losing against Panthers, Storm etc.

He will have to relinquish his Toronto contract before signing as you cannot have both a ESL/NRL contract. He is only considering it but I hope he says no as already the circus has begun with players paraded at press conferences and being asked about him playing etc etc. They have an important game this weekend and need to be focusing on this.

As Thirteen said earlier , it would an absolute Fkn privilege to see SBW in our jersey one more time. I’m walking around with a smile on my face that makes my wife think I’m cheating on her.

I don't think we have any off-field or professionalism problems now. We can probably teach SBW something more than he can teach us.
I personally don't believe he will add too much on the field. Will he be better than Cordner or Crichton on our edges? 20-30 minutes at lock he may offer something but it is a big gamble to think he will have similar impact when he was 27 years old. By the time he plays hopefully we have everyone back (apart from Rads and Verrills). So would he replace Maubs for the rest of the season? Maybe he can replace Lam and play hooker ;p
It would also be sad to lose someone for the sake of a few matches.
Happy to be proven wrong.
Anyway if he has to forego his Toronto contract to sign with us as reported in the media, I doubt he would do that.

Whether they would be willing to make a special exemption could be a possibility though given the circumstances.
