robbo, needs to focus the next few weeks on defence, we were caught short on the edges a few times, but that effort on papalli was unacceptable. we expect more commitment then that. wonder what robbo will say in he's presser ?
Had our heads up our backsides for the last few weeks. Won 5 in a row, had everyone telling us how good we are and have started believing our own press. Time for a good old fashioned flogging on the training paddock to remind the guys that anything worth winning takes hard work and nobody is going to hand it to you.

We play the second worse attacking side and 3rd worse defensive side, if they score more than 6 points it will be disappointing.
attitude is what counts though, if we bring the right one, we shouldn’t have a point scored against us.
it wasn't ALL bad, the Morris boys, keary, flanno, set, jwh, itili Liu, and captain cords were good or serviceable. teddy was ok , but not at his best, ditto ikavalu, but no means a shocker ... manu, Crichtonand friend we're poor, aubbo and Lindsay shouldn't play next week, I'm that pissed about that non tackle between them .
was it worse then that knight's game last year, I mean Canberra are still a good side .
It wasn't, we had a couple of stinkers last season also.....but not at the SCG. This was a really poor performance on our home ground, another 14 errors, most of them unforced and plenty of dreadful defence right up the middle - not sure where this poor performance came from.
Raiders were ...too big, too strong, too fast.
Maybe we need a bigger, more muscular player than Crichton partnering Cordner.
Someone like that English player the Dogs bought.
Big is better, our team is too small.

Soft under belly exposed. Collins poor hands and statue in defence. Friend and Liu back to old form. Manu’s got to do more. Aubo has to be more than fill in player. We are depending too much on Keary and Teddy to win us games. Next 3 games should be big wins but only if we cut out mistakes. The best we can hope for is 4th, and then play our semi final style football. But even 4th will take a big effort.

trouble is though when they have played 5 top 8 chances they have won 1 out of 5 - beat Parra but lost to Penrith/Manly/Storm/Raiders- the 5 other wins have been against sides that were struggling at the time- Souths(1st game) /Brisbane/Dragons/Dogs/Cows- I think the standard of the opposition in those 5 wins had more to do with Chooks form than the Chooks form itself - I don't know if they can make the top 4 - Parra/Penrith/Storm will be 3 of the top 4 leaving 1 spot left- Chooks second half of season is pretty tough one of the toughest of any of the top 8 chances.
