But still so much to be proud of. Back to back premiers and we’re still competitive. Many teams that won the comp one year were nowhere to be seen the next but with the roosters we’ve been under pressure for 3 seasons now and haven’t really suffered a thrashing for a while just losses by a few points and that’s with injuries to key players. At our best we are still unbeatable.

A question to those of us at the game .. what is your perspective of the 10 m enforcement of the Raiders in defence ? Watching on TV they were up in our faces insanely fast , but often the camera angle doesn't give much of an idea . Same with Storm last week , really stifling our attack . On one left side attacking raid their Captain , what's his name teenage ninja turtle , Croker, was into our face after 2 sets of hands from the play the ball . A distance of 30 m in about a second . Late in the game attacking their line about 5m out the Raiders d standing a metre or 2 off the goal line . Maybe a consequence of one ref. I dunno if it's my East's bias or our opponents don't have to play to the same rules as us . Not an excuse to losing at all . We should have been better . Rather be losing the odd game now and be firing in September/ October . Trust in Trent .

I watch the game twice to get both aspects of commentating on the performances.

Having Angus out for six to eight weeks is somewhat of a concern, of course, but we will manage. I expect to see a significant rebound next week.

We need to make the most of this upcoming run, both in terms of winning and considerably improving our for and against.

yea I agree lams hair is the reason aubbo and Collins are missing tackles. I also think lams hair is somehow the cause of covid19 ....cue x files music.
