Very true Billy Gunn. JWH matured a lot last year. A few silly mistakes in the first part of the season but he improved and played very consistently. I'm not really sure what people want from him. I am a big fan of The Beast. The kid is awesome.Comment

I can't see any reason why it wont be possible for us to offer a good deal to him. Wish our club would announce some bulk re-signing like Brisbane just did to enter the season.
Tasi, Cordner, JWH, Masoe & Guerra all signing 3-5 year contract extensions... what I'd do to see the day.Comment

they should all be retained and as good as SBW could be, I still cannot see how his signing could be justified if we lose the guys you mention above. It's a tough call. How long do you give young guys like RTS, Moga, Tagive, Wells and Henry to impress before you move into the market for an established back? I'd be disappointed if we bought Dugan or Gordon before these guys got a chance to show if they have what it takes. The Maloney purchase was astute mainly because we had no juniors coming through pushing for that spot. That is certainly not the case in the backline.Comment
