The games we lost he played terribly the referees no matter how bad were not the cause of our loss.
We played 20 points below ourselves in those games

So pleased to see that someone else is of a similar mindset regarding the team's form recently. Not writing them off of course, just observing.

Video replay shows both decisions were incorrect. A fair loss is palatable but 2 losses so far have involved crucial referee or bunker decisions that were wrong.

When these things are not questioned that is a guarantee they will continue. We need to stand up for the team when they are wronged. Robbo never looks for excuses but a bad call is a bad call and it needs to be called out. If we just roll over and always say we didn’t play well enough then they’ll just keep on doing this to us because they’re getting away with it.

And here is a totally opposite view.

FM Stuart is a sore loser and a sore winner.
I would have loved to see his reaction if someone asked him whether Wighton took a dive when Crichton gave him a love tap.

I did laugh at Robbo's reaction when someone mentioned Stuart had a whinge about Papali being hit on the nose.

You still can’t underestimate the Titans or the Warriors. They might be down the bottom but both show a lot of heart, all it takes is a try or two for them and they get on a roll.

If we managed to win the game, it would just mask our current issues. It's the embarrassing reality check we needed!

Back to be basis and reload for the second half of the comp.

We are, on paper, still good enough to win the comp. Go Easts.

Gotta put 50 on each. Storm would.

I don't think they'll be underestimated. I just think they won't be fully wound up for any of the next three games.

the missed chance from scum too in the first half I think with the last pass going into touch - should have nailed that one

Chooks need to have the Storm attitude in putting in the same performance against any team they play whether up top / in the middle or towards/at the bottom of the ladder- that's why Storm are always a top 4 cert and premiership chance - the difference between their best and worst is minimal from game to game and during games. Robbo needs to challenge them - do you want another premiership

yeah, bellamy is without peer in making his team competitive every season. his win/loss ratio is better than robbo's. but it's not just about getting your team up every week, it's about winning comps. no doubt robbo goes out every weekend trying to do those things which bring victory, but he has a better record in the big games than bellamy and maybe it's got something to do with not putting on a show in the coaching box and angrily demanding success every week.
bellamy's record in big games is nothing to boast about. 50% in gfs (and he had an unfair advantage in some of those gfs) and never won an origin series.

Agree about the storm, they have nicely crept up the ladder, and there isn’t much between their best and worst, but not having that extra level has cost them in the final the past few years. We usually can lift, and save the best til last.

I remember Phil Gould saying in the 90s that there was a big gap between the Roosters' best and worst performances.

Nothing has really changed despite the great achievements under Robbo.

The recent Cowboys game is a classic example of our worst and best in the one game.

The Storm play virtually at their full potential every week, with the odd variance up or down. You know what you need to do against them, it's a matter of actually doing it.

Robbo needs to address Josh Morris, that dive was embarrassing.

                              Chook.

They haven’t played with much patience over the years, especially when we had Pearce runnin the show.

The last few years Trent has allowed them to play more footy rather than just playing percentage football like the Storm do.

The play in last weeks game that lead to the disallowed try for forward pass was very similar to the play that sealed the win in last years grand final.
                                ..it’ll be interesting to see
