Roosters website indicated earlier this week he was ok to go, but Robbo admitted today JWH was still struggling with his calf so there has to be a good chance he may be a late scratching

I don’t necessarily agree with Robbo’s communication here. He had an opportunity to tell him behind closed doors and tell the media he was being rested due to fatigue or injury.

The public would have bought it with the way out team has been going the last few years.

I agree. A white lie would have been fine. I am happy as a supporter that I know the truth but I think by telling everyone that Flanno was dropped was a bit rough from Robbo. Maybe he thinks that putting Flanno under scrutiny is a good thing and will motivate him.
