Can’t understand why a guy in his early 20s would need to be rested. I refuse to believe this. He must be injured.

Will be good to see what Lam has to offer in his natural position.

JFC will be thrilled. Enjoy mate.

          He had better be sick/injured.

Because it's his first full season of NRL and the young guys can struggle to keep up the intensity over long periods. I would be guessing this is to give both Lam and Hutchison game time so that we can also look to rest Keary some time in the next few weeks

              Makes sense.

no way... if anything he should be playing as much as possible to get experience... SPECIALLY in games like this against a struggling team where we have a lot of injuries, perfect oppotunity to try and take control of the game etc... i assume he has a minor injury.

                  Quite possibly. But I disagree.

Guess we will have to wait for Robbo's presser tomorrow to find out what is up with Flanagan

Yeah it's a tough one to call on unless you know the full situation. Of course I know absolutely nothing and this is just my educated guess. He could well have done an ACL and the club has kept it hush hush

Interesting to see Hutch at 14. We’ll see what he provides out of dummy half should he spend some time there. Lam to kick goals? Both him and Hutch kicked for the Bears with average percentages which doesn’t fill me with confidence.

I'd say he'll go in in the halves and Lam to dummy half when Jake goes off
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results

Resting players when the side is rolling along is one thing but with the injury toll we have had this year and where we could be on the ladder in a few weeks time it's is a luxury we really can't really afford, Resting players should be viewed as more of a bonus for work well done whilst you are cruising along in 1st or 2nd spot with a few easy games ahead, not when you are probably fighting to get into or stay in contention and lets be honest here contention is really top 4.

Sometimes Robbo tends to impersonate Pinocchio when it comes to answering questions about injuries. And rightly so. If for example Flanno has a rib injury, why let anyone know and make his ribs a target. I assume Robbo will just say he’s having the week off.
