I just can't work out the set restarts. I watch and think well that's a restart and nothing. Then Friend rolls out of the ruck like he's supposed to do, and it's a set restart. This rule is turning out like I thought it would. It's too arbitrary and there is not the pressure of inspection to the keep the refs honest. That set restart against Jake changed the whole momentum. It was tackle 4 on their 30m and all of a sudden they get a kick into the in goal because of the restart.
