But that aint going to happen. This is a Souffs semi final as the Charity Shield Grand Final is only a few weeks away.

Ha ha....true. If it's not on Fox I may have to organise a trip to see it.
Just the thought of him "humbly and emotionally" decking the Rabbits forwards would give me
    a huge lift!

Moz is one of my all time fave Roosters but can't agree with him on Scummy Bill. Great to see him back back in the country though (Moz that is). Only hope that once he retires he'll consider returning to the Roosters in a coaching capacity, even it was only a few weeks a year.

If only Warrington weren't playing the Vermin I'd consider going to the game myself. But I refuse to contribute in any way financially to the Vermin or the Scumdogs, so I'll just hope that someone who does go writes a report on here. A few Vermin injuries courtesy of Moz would be a real bonus - espec to Luke & Inglis. Also, can you imagine the furore of Moz hammered their new 'saviour'??? Reynolds and put him out for a few months. I'd like to see that.

I cringe everytime you mention Sonny Bill, The Bulldogs and Souths.

Christ no!! Actually there was an article this morning in the Telegraph (Online) saying Mason has got his release and is likely to be headed back to the NRL.

If it turns out that we have indeed signed SBW I really hope the Roosters supporters get behind him and stop referring to him with such infantile names as Scummy Bill. There is nothing scummy about him. He is all class IMO.

Best get used to it MRHK, cause it's not about to change - just accept it as the inner child in me. And even if Scummy Bill is at the Roosters, he will still be Scummy Bill to me.

We can't all be perfect - and some of us are less perfect than others.

As to Mason - I didn't think my naming him Willie Wanka was that bad. He certainly lived up to the name whilst at our club.

What's not to like about Sonny Bill? He cheated the cheats.. that's a big plus in my books.

Even though I have no love for the Scumdogs, the actions of Scummy Bill in walking out on them as he did was an incredibly low act and shows the type of person he is. If he wanted out, there was a decent manner of going about it, as most players do when they decide they want a change. Doing the nightflit overseas without a word as he did was inexcusable.

That's just my personal opinion. And to be honest I was never a fan of the bloke from the start - more hype than substance, probably because he was injured more often than not.

Geez and it all started so well with the "exceptionally".

You are entitled to your opinion . I'm not fussed about what you think.

And if you don't like what I post, here's a tip - put me on ignore. I won't be offended.

                              Seriosuly?

I'm not a fan of signing SBW but I wish people would get over this injury prone bullshit and that he was only hype. He had injuries as a teenager before he left though:

                              2007 - 21 games
                              2006 - 21 games

No major injuries to mention since his switch to Union. The only myth is the one his detractors continue to try and validate by saying it over ad over again; that he was injury prone and had no substance in his performances.

This.. imho I have never seen someone with the level of skill and strength in the NRL in 30+ years.. I remember going to a home game which of course the Bulldogs won and my mate and I agreed that SBW was pretty well contained.. the next day his stats read something like 21 hitups - 230 metres, 5 offloads, 1 try, 1 lb and 1 try assist. Can't remember if he made 2 tackles or 70 lol..
