  • Friend and Hall have both been cited by the NRL Match Review Committee

Friend received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact Head/Neck charge for an incident that occurred in the 8th minute of the match on Dragons player Adam Clune.

Should the Club enter an early guilty plea, Friend will receive 75 points and be available for selection in Round 14.

Ryan Hall received a Grade 1 Dangerous Contact charge for an incident that occurred in the 21st minute of the match on Dragons player Zac Lomax.

He will receive 50 points with an early guilty plea, or 75 points if found guilty at panel.

The Club has until 12pm Sunday to enter a plea.

Would fight the Hall one as there was absolutely nothing in it.

Happy that Butcher avoided a crusher tackle charge.

Correct....Hall didn't twist the leg at all, just a normal result of rolling over, have a look at his hands..... total bullshyte. The clown had a sore knee strapped and carried on about it. Farking sook.

fair enough. penalty sufficient for most trips but that was a bad one. kez landed on his head. should have been an 8pt try.

hope we fight both of our charges.

If Lomaxs knee is so bad, don’t play.
What’s Hall meant to do? Roll out the red carpet and let him score?
                    ..it’ll be interesting to see

Will such twisting always attract a charge now? Or only when a player has his knee strapped and carries on like a sook?

If Hall deliberately attempted to inflict an injury on Lomax then he should have received a harsher punishment. If he didn't, then it was nothing.

That’s right! It should have been an 8pt Try! Had Luke stayed down the bunker would have looked at it and awarded that but maybe because he also hit his head, he probably felt that getting up straight away would have avoided any HIA issues.

That Steelers cat should have received 6 weeks.

That was one of the worst I've seen.

They have a few cats in the their team.

Probably no point fighting cause with guilty pleas they are both good to play next week.

But the carry over points may come back to haunt us playoffs time
