Nothing in the Hall tackle. Classic legs tackle.
I hate how the c#$t writhed in pain, but got up and kicked the goal afterwards. Dog act.

I'd fight the Hall tackle. Def nothing in it and don't want any points being accrued for something that wasn't even a penalty. If the sook didn't have it taped up no one would have given it a 2nd notice.

Take the early guilty for Jake. It looked late/high IMO. Means he's available for next week. Can't afford not to have him playing atm

A premeditated dive FFS and then gets up and kicks for goal !! Fight the charge , to not do so rewards dishonest behaviour .

I watched the replay of the Hall tackle, nothing in it. Yes Hall rolled over but did not twist the leg, he let his hands slide around the leg. One angle look worse than the other. I paid particular attention as the commentators on Fox were carrying on saying it was dirty. Has anyone seen another charge for a similar tackle?

we should fight the charges if we think we can win.
would hall have been charged for that tackle if lomax didn't have a bung leg? no, the tackle was the kind you've got to expect if you walk onto a footy field.
haven't seen a replay of jake's tackle so not sure about that one.

Vunivalu got donme for something similar (but much worse). Think it was last season

There was still momentum (They were still sliding) in the tackle when Hall rows over. Vunuvalu when the tackle was already completed grabbed his leg and twisted it
                  EASTS TO WIN!

I’m pretty sure an 8pt try can only come about from an infringement after the try has been scored? Like knees in the back after the ball has been grounded.

Hall is only 75 pts if found guilty 13 - we should fight that and keep his record clean - if we fail big deal still plays next week

I think, but could be wrong, that an infringement that happens in the act of scoring can attract a penalty. Keary was actually in that process of scoring when that trip happen, but I could be corrected.

Not much in the Friend tackle, and Hall was trying to roll him to stop a try. The knee was already injured for Chrissake! AND he was back into the action fairly quickly, too.

Klein completely ignored the trip on Keary. Of course, if it had've been the other way around, the Steeler would've flayed all over the ground, holding his head like a Brazlian soccer player!

Geez the people who police the game are soft sometimes. Unless you are getting carted off it should just be a word on the run from the refs.

Fair point. Some on here would be happy for him to have the carry over points and will be hoping for him to infringe again and soon.

Jake is pretty clean so it’s unlikely he will re-offend.
