Big game tonight and one we need to get. We haven't had a good record this year over the top contenders so we need to make a statement. With the two Cam"s out the storm will have a pretty straight forward game plan and that will be to smash us through the forwards with their big pack.
Without JWH , Cords and Victor the other guys are going to have to stand up to the onslaught.
Hughes is developing into a handy half so we'll have to put pressure on him as he will be their playmaker.
I'm happy to have Josh back in the centre's and Keary has been in terrific form and should be enough to get us over the line.
        Easts to win.

Meh, not confident. Glass is half empty for me. Our last three wins were against bottom placed sides and they weren't exactly convincing wins at that. Even Teddy seems a little off the pace atm.

I don’t hear her when she talks. Born and bred in the Eastern Suburbs. Can’t work out why she’s a Tigers Fan.

I'll be wary of Hughes running through us again

I still have nightmares of how that little wannabe was smiling after the last game.

Thought she was a Dragons fan...I was saddened when I found out she doesn't like Easts.

Goes to show I really don’t listen when she talks.

Late mail: The Roosters have Ryan Hall (knee) in some doubt, Hall will be checked on Thursday morning to see if he is fit to play but if ruled out we could see a debutant in Christian Tuipulotu making his NRL debut on the left wing. Josh Morris took part in the captain’s run and is expected to return after missing the last couple of games due to a calf injury. Matt Ikuvalu is good to go after passing required concussion protocols. Kyle Flanagan and Egan Butcher were both omitted from the 19 man squad with Max Bailey the other player remaining in 19. Coach Trent Robinson has confirmed co-captain Boyd Cordner will be missing for a couple more weeks as the Roosters look to give him a 6 week break to overcome concussion issues as they did with Luke Keary last year.

If ever Hall was to score it will be tonight with tough man Vunivalu marking him. He has the worst defensive reads in the comp and loves coming in hard off his man

The two superpowers clash again. First game was the stuff of legends...just we didnt finish on top. Always a game of quality expecting nothing less.

No Smith makes them vulnerable but dont underestimate them. They wont beat themselves and Bellamy will have a trick or two they will try. He knows they need something a bit left field sans the skipper.

Our halves can threaten them off some good go-forward and we have strike in the centres both sides of the park this week.

The bench is again our question mark. Can these boys provide the neccesssry energy and momentum lift or at least maintain same? We'll soon know.

Should be a cracker....Dry track at home, cheering the boys on to a tight win.
