Worst half in three years. Maybe more. They are headless - no leadership - nobody taking the tough carries and hanging on to the ball. We are severely down on troops but FFS this is embarrassing. There was no pride in our work that last 40mins.

That was a terrible half of footy from the boys we just got bullied and bashed up front. Hughes and paps have been having a field day.
Terrible handling and bad errors littered the half.
Fingers crossed Aubo hasn't hurt himself too badly as a major injury now might mean the end for him as there's only 6 rounds to go.
Not many highlights for us this half and I want to see an improved performance and effort in the second stanza.

Bullshit... if there was no pride we would be down by 30.. this is a mostly reserve grade side up against one of the best teams in the world and they have only let in 2 tries with a landslide of possession to Melbourne... the only thing keeping us in this atm is pride cos we are outclassed across the park.

I do get annoyed by subtle refereeing nuances. Prop Storm's head is split so they stop and let them set their line. Aubbo is injured and he was prepared to let play roll on. Those momentum helpers can't be measured but can be critical.

Interesting you say that. I was at the Faiders/Drizzle game a few weeks back and the Drizzle played the injury card during drop outs to buy more time to rest and reset. It was a clear ploy that the refs allowed to happen. Funny thing was that after they did it twice, the Faiders did it back to them.

Pangai jnr has been stood down indefinitely by the NRL , he won't be getting game time anywhere for awhile they will make an example of him.

With SST, Teddy and Keary on the park anything can happen if we hold onto the pill and get a little luck.

Odds are against us with a 2 man bench, but keep positive for something special.
