How's the difference from last week in this Eels storm game. The agendas are blatantly obvious. Storm conceding 3 leg up penalties to the eels already.

Last week we didn't get a penalty until around the 60th minute against the Storm.....and tonight the Storm are down in the penalties 8-1 with 20 minutes to go. Amazing how they went from super disciplined last week and totally opposite the next

If NAS doesn't get 4 weeks for the shoulder charge to the head, then it will confirm that the NRL is corrupt, biased and has its own agenda.
Block of Cheese suspected broken jaw in the last 2 minutes. Just to let you know, Cheese said in an interview a couple of weeks back that he couldn't wait to play against SBW, so he could "knock his head off" .
This might just slow him down a bit.

The Storm's injury toll was almost as bad as ours tonight - maybe 80% there.

The result?

Couldn't score a point.

It puts the value of a healthy roster in perspective and is a reminder of what we've fought through for a month now.

TBH I'm surprised this one has been played down as if it's a minor error. It's a pretty fundamental rule of the game that you cannot have more than 13 players on the field at once.

It's assumed knowledge, so isn't even mentioned in the NRL's publicly available guide (see https://www.nrl.com/siteassets/opera...2019-final.pdf).

However, under the international rules (latest I can find online - doubt they change much), rule #1 is 'The game shall be played by two teams each consisting of not more than thirteen players on the field at any one time'.

As no punishment is outlined, I think it should be interpreted literally. There's only one way in which the game shall be played... 13 on 13. If there's a 14 on 13 situation, the game was not played because one side didn't field a proper team. Thus, it was a forfeit. Just my opinion but I reckon they'd be going down that path if it was us in that situation. Pretty sure I've observed semi-professional league games where players from other grades kicking balls around on the sideline were told not to enter the field (e.g. when their footy went onto the field accidentally) because it was okay to have 2 balls on the field, but another person from that club would count as 14 on the field and be a forfeit.

I can’t believe that a very deliberate action of cheating has just been given a fine. They absolutely knew they were cheating. There was no mix up. They should lose their points. And there has been no mention of it in the media.
