If SBW plays lock, and he is the best one to replace Rads ball-playing in the middle, he can share that with Butcher and Liu becomes a bench prop at Faamausili’s expense.

He had a blinder against the Broncos but the last two weeks he seems to be less involved in attack.
Last week he played 80 minutes for 4 hit ups and yesterday 80 minutes for 3 hit ups.
Is it because the right side has seen less ball? Crichton and Cordner returning and taking more focus?
But I think his defence has improved from earlier in the year.

It's aligned with Keary's return to the side more so than Cordner & Crichton.

We can be extremely left side heavy in our attack, it's really upon Flanagan to step up and demand some more ball/run some short side plays.

Sure a 2nd rower should be looking for carries to assist in go forward and that's purely upon Tupouniua so the criticism is fair however the main source of ball for a 2nd rower is when they're running lines for their half and that combination has just been non-existent since Keary returned.

I agree with Rooster_6 - it’s all got to do with Kez.

Remember last year when Kez was out with concussion? Laurel looked ordinary on the left edge. But as soon as Kez came back the left edge lit up again.

Just watching the replay as I was at the game last night. Kez setting up Toups had a grand final winning try feel about it.

            Go you good thing.

Thought SBW brought Manu into the game. If we can get our right side attack going, we will be unstoppable.

I agree with all of the above, but I will add that I think he's a confidence type player not unlike our man toops.

Tupou is actually coming out of that now (winning multiple comps helps) and seeing him steamroll that knights player for his try last night was refreshing.

It's fun to watch sitilli and Collins come on. These dudes were fringe players not long ago and give them time they will and are stepping up. I'd even throw Manu in there too.

Learning the first grade trade, exciting for the years ahead.

Rooster_6 As fine a player Luke Keary is, he doesn’t get to play the footy he does without our pack steaming through.

This is especially so when our fearless leader, Boyd Cordner is punching holes in the opposing teams defence. The following play is generally an opportunity to make ground, break through or score.

Sitili is doing that on the right and it seems Angus is roving about and doing it everywhere. Then add Sonny.

I can smell it. It’s there in the distance. It’s October glory!

Sitili has been quiet the last couple of games. He'll benefit from having SBW ball playing.

Sitili has cut down his error rate remarkably over the last 2 games. By barley touching the ball.

It’s like the main cause of divorce.... marriage. Don’t touch the ball then you can’t drop it.

The blokes in here who know me will attest to the fact that I, thankfully, have a full, thick and lush head of hair.
