haha - the other way of saying it is that robbo doesn't have stability with his assistant coaches cos his guys get poached for top jobs and cos he's always looking for new ideas and therefore willing to take on guys who can only commit for a short time.

Calling it now, fitzy has been told he is the successor to Robbo and will eventually coach Easts... that’s why he will never leave.. he is currently doing an apprenticeship under Robbo and will take over when he is ready... Easts since 2013 have always planned 5 steps ahead and this is no different.

And Maybe M.Aubboson to work his way into a junior coaching role?
