solid win. great defence. teddy motm but some other great performances as well. flanno maybe his best game. lussick didn't look out of place. sbw encouraging beginning. crichton great return. keary in cotton wool. forwards great and with the win maybe tauks can have a game off.

SBW was used so well tonight, he didnt do all that much to the naked eye but he was looming around the ball and creating holes just with his presence, he will be much more match fit come finals and will be a perfect radley replacement, so happy he is back!

Never in doubt once I had smoked my 3 pre game joints.
Teddy was best but Flanno again steered the team around perfectly. Special mention to Freddy Lussick, 20 years of age playing the full 80 & doing about 80 tackles. Mate they ran their biggest at him all night.

134 points scored in our last 3 games (44.6 per game)
34 points conceded (11.3 per game)

Heading into todays game we were avg 13 points conceded per game in the past 2.

So defensively we're on song as they say and Freddy played his part brilliantly tonight.

I met them with my crowing, 'Easts to Win' over my phone and some witty backchat to their insults at the gate (much like their footy team, the fans didn't have much variety in their attack).

Very solid win. Keary looked a bit hesitant and he admitted as much when interviewed afterwards but thankfully others stepped up. Lussick was good considering his limited experience and game time, Crichton looked really sharp, Flanagan steered us around and kicked well and of course what can you say about Teddy...he's a freak.
