Got any evidence for any of that Stewie because there is plenty that refutes your (Murdoch's) claim? (You just need to Google "ABC bias"). There have been independent investigations that have found that ABC "slanted agendas" criticism is way over hyped and 70% of the population view the ABC as their most trusted news source. Murdoch keeps up the bias line for business (he wants a slice of the audience) and ideological reasons - the ABC doesn't go in for group think.

It's a BBC doco Barry but covers the old gnome's Australian antics which mirror those he uses in the UK and in the failed state. You can't make excuses for phone hacking and blackmail. He was damned by that UK media inquiry during which he told the committee that the revelations made it "the most shameful day of [his] life" - oh yeah that'd be right. I also thought that Victor going was a hurdle too big and that the Morris brothers were past it - dead wrong on all counts I'm pleased to say and a lesson in the foolishness of questioning Trent's judgement. That said, the Storm whacked us as did the 'Riff in Cordner's absence and they continue to look pretty good. Luai is another Ponga and Kikau? Well what can you say? The Chooks could well do it again. The Melbourne game will throw more light on things.

yeah, we haven't played a top 2 team at the height of our powers. first week of the semis will give a better idea. we're looking good, maybe faves, but there's a long way to go.
