I recall when Mike Pyke, a Canadian union player, joined the Swans they tied his arms to his body when practising his punt to perfect his ball drop.

I honestly believe they should tie SKD's arm with ball in hand like a chicken wing for all running drills. Get him used to running with the ball tucked under his arm.

Former Dubai, in the early days of the Fittler coaching odyssey he had SKd walking around with a football to become aware of it's dynamics.

I'm reminded of the creed he used to say.

This is my football. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
My football is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life.
My football, without me, is useless. Without my football, I am useless. I must pass my football true. I must run straighter than my enemy who is trying to beat me. I must beat him before he beats me. I will...
My football and myself know that what counts in this match is not the passes we catch, the noise of the crowd, or the runs we make. We know that it is the score that count. We will score...
My football is human, even as I, because it is my life. Thus, I will learn it as a brother. I will learn its weaknesses, its strength, its parts, its accessories, it’s stitching and it’s leather. I will keep my football clean and ready, even as I am clean and ready. We will become part of each other. We will...
Before God, I swear this creed. My football and myself are the defenders of my team. We are the masters of our enemy. We are the saviors of our team.
So be it, until victory is the Rooster's and there is no enemy, but the premiership!

I actually took that from the rifleman's creed. But I think it fits.

I knew it came from someone other than Fittler. You'd be lucky if he could read that let alone write it.

I must admit I am ignorant when it comes to the arty farty. But you are teaching me John, slowly but surely.

To whoever said he'll end up on the wing.....
I think no chance. He had his best season ever playing in the centres.
Defensively he is clueless on the wing and he's also bad defending under a high ball from the wing.

                This ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^

I think that Brian Smith would find it laughable to put him on the wing, unless injuries were that bad.

Meh. He does have talent and He did play really good for NSW last year in one of the games from what I heard. For club football he isn't really in a team with good halves or back up players. Doesn't look to do near as good.

SKD a finisher? RTS gave him a perfect pass 3 metres out from the line with no one in front of him and he dropped his bundle.

SKD needs to cut the canoe bullshit, GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME SHAUN.

SKD has to realise that rubbish plays will not be tolerated, he thinks it's still 2012. If he f%#ks up he should be dropped.

still only a trial mate. he was sound in defence and dropped one ball in attack when he should have scored. if its a dry night he catches that and walks over.

Dry nights are usually dewy so the ball is usually still wet. What you mean is hopefully in the 2 day games we get to play in the first 19 rounds it does not rain so he will be able to catch the ball.
