Just a great team player. He doesn't sledge (much), no dirt in his game and absolutely no off-field troubles. A genuine quiet achiever. The NRL need to recognise him big time, even if Mitch doesn't want it.

I completely agree Smee.
Aubo, a great man and a club great. We are so very lucky to have him.MRR or Rabid
Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

i'm happy he's got our record for most games played. ricko and mini deserve it as well but they got rep recognition that aubo never got. ironic thing is if he'd played a bit of origin he might have missed half a dozen roosters games and not got the record.
mini said how we're the only club that's got 3 guys who've played 300+ for the same club which is true if you don't include the big 3 for the storm or lockyer, thaiday and parker for the broncs.

His brother James was at the presentation last night. I felt a bit sorry for Maubs last night at the pot match presentation because he wasnt allowed to give his wife & kids a hug, he wasnt allowed to pick his little daughter up. When he was being photograghed with the game ball he had to crouch down in front of the yellow cordoned off ropes whilst his wife & 2 little kids stood behind it.
