  • Tupou v To'o

Its time. To'o goes good but he is about to have a nightmare that only the Wolfman can relate to. Need to see kick after kick to Toops this week, just give him a chance to destroy wingers confidence like only he can...we don't use him nearly enough

Find me two wingers who have performed as consistently well as Toops & Bmoz in big games. They always raise their game.

    Bring it on!

He would be one bloke I would target if I were instructing the Chooks. Crichton, Naden, Edwards & Luai are all rookies & havnt played semi final footy in FG or against either of the top top sides.

I remember when Cronk signed on and all I thought about was his cross field attacking kicks for Tupou and how they would be unstoppable and they would score countless tries off them.

I reckon Cronk kicked about 5 of those in two years for maybe 2 tries. Underused
              ..it’ll be interesting to see

Tupou has that height advantage which needs to be utilised more, simple as that. No time like the present!

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Both of their wingers are small by modern first grade standards.

Attack out wide, stretch them, and then play back through the middle, open them up and then cut them to shreds out wide.

Forget the wingers....Forward ambush- go after them early and get them off their game. No team has stood up to the Penrith forwards in 4 months. Go hard-real hard-early

Re The Skeez comment- who remembers the kick for Toups by Cooper in the away St George games. I was there and it was sublime.

I’ll pass that onto Robbo that’s if he hasn’t been on the Chookpen & read that himself.

Run at Kleary with jwh Sio Collins. He is the key to their attack.

Well he used to be the sole key but Luai's form is very impressive. Both Halves are formidable to say the least and Crichton is a gun Centre, big and quick and at close quarters with Kikau. In the pre Covid game those two were devastating. Admittedly, there was no Cordner in that game but on Friday's performance, so what?
I'm gonna be realistic and limit my expectations on this one. Possession, as always, will be real key.
