When the site crashed, it crashed on my desktop too.
Can't login.
My email was removed from my screen name in the members section.
My tablet has now packed it in, won't start up.
So, I'm left with my phone.
Hard work, can't link things, not the same experience.

I for once would be ecstatic to get a good impartial ref like Matt Cecchin for a change ! Yes it does match harden our team playing lopsided six agains and penalty counts to a degree . But how good would it be to not be handicapped and playing against 14 ?! Unleash the Roosters !!

Yes, either him or Grant Atkins. I haven't seen the statistics with either of these referees, but I think Atkins has been more reasonable and impartial towards us - relatively speaking anyway.

I respect Penrith to a point. They are a very good side on paper and in theory, but they have had a dream draw and haven't been truly tested against a top line team yet. Friday night's game will give us a very good indication of how we are really traveling.

Does the NRL appoint the refs for the matches the same time the squads are announced (Tuesdays)? My pick will also be Cecchin or Atkins (best 2 refs in my opinion).

My biggest worry will be the amount of penalties and six again we have been giving away all season, I am not sure what the Panthers stats are when it comes to penalties and ruck infringements conceded, but the count was 6-1 for penalties and for six again last week, can't get away with giving similar numbers away against Penrith.
