That a doctor did what he was alleged to have done is not fact, it's allegation. It could be that, in the heat and tumult of the situation, he filled out the script mistakenly or Ol' Mitch, that devious, cunning old nark, may have wanted the valium for himself. Either that or he was a couple of plays ahead of the rest of them thinking of his dubious ATO claim.

This has been brewing for quite a while with snippets of this news over the past year or so, so I wouldn't mind betting there's quite an element of truth in what is coming out and if he has indeed stood down from Fox, he is pretty much in damage control which could be seen as a an admission of guilt.

I don't say that any counter argument that I have posed is correct. Truth is determined by a court if it comes to that.

And Salvo the journalists "work" is generous, News Corp hacks do not have a glorious record by any stretch, ask Geoffrey Rush. As I said the article is a poorly written re jig of Court docs - everything in it is reported by a plaintiff. The nub of the argument is who is saying these things, why might they be saying them and are they reliable? Whether or not people have daughters is not at all relevant unless you are saying, in a general way, that you wouldn't want your daughter in a violent relationship and that's, pretty much, a given.
