I think somewhere between 8th and 10th, but hoping we can finish a bit higher. Of course a lot will depend on injuries and how the young guys cope with a full season of NRL. We really need the more experienced heads like Aubo and Kennedy to play most of the year though.

I can't remember the last time we weren't "2-3 years" from challenging seriously.

2000-2004 we challenged seriously.

As long as the players show pride in the jersey and put in work, we will always be competitive in games.

We probably don't have the strikepower or the experience across the park to seriously challenge but this should be a great stepping stone to a succesful 2013.

I see us as being similar to the warriors a couple of seasons back. Some very raw talent capable of upsetting the best of teams on our day, but very inconsistant. The only shining light is that a lot of our youngsters have been playing together for a while.

If Smith can produce a consistant product this year - he would of done a fantastic job. I predict 8th-12th.

Saints or Eagles will get the spoon.

Young sides really struggle to run out the 26 weeks, if we lose the first couple we will be in spoon contention all year.

If on the other hand we can get away with a few early the challenge will be managing exhaustion in the 3rd quarter of the draw post SOO and trying to sneak into the 8.

Top 8 would be a very good result from this list but realistically i am thinking more along the lines of 10th

Quite often contention for spoon or finals can be a fine line...even just a couple of wins/losses.
