According to Beehive head Gould the Roosters are GORNE. He says us going from 10 up to 18 down against penrith is a sign we are GORNE. According to Beehive we only got back to 28 because penriths young players took their foot off the pedal. He reckons canberra will finish us, because they were SO BAD against cronulla and still won. Apparently we have been UP for too long. In the game I watched Penrith got every call and bounce. Two very dubious tries, from a knock on and an offside, and we missed a goal we would normally kick 9 out of ten times, so we could have easily won by 10 points. I don't think we looked OLD or TIRED at the end of the game. Canberra also got two very lucky tries against the 8th placed team who they played at home, yet Beehive says they have it all over us.

I say Fark him and the horse he rode in on. I say Beehive is the one who is OLD and TIRED. Certainly we have a few players who have been below their best recently. SST seems to have lost some drive, Manu has been inconsistent, Sitili as well, But we have some champions who have plenty of ability and class and courage. Teddy, Toups, the Moz boys, Keary, SST Jake JWH Boyd Angus LIU Aubs, Lindsay, SBW.

I say BRING THIS SHIT ON FARKERS. lets see what you got.

Cummins, Sutton and Klien are pr*cks. Plenty on this forum have complained about them, and the statistics prove it.
Even Robbo just about smashed the glass in the coaches box when Sutton ruled for the Panthers when they dropped the pill in the play-the - ball, leading up to the Cleary Field Goal.
And the Liam Martin dropped ball - I thought that was a "loose carry" , and all season these have been pulled up, with a scrum called.
Suddenly, the rule is changed, and now these are being called a "Knock back"
I have been watching the game for 50 years, and I have no idea what a referee is going to call when something happens on the field.
There's no consistency in the rulings, the rules and interpretations are a joke, and I bet the average punter who is watching the game has no idea , either.
Its entirely up to the ref to decide any way he wants, in just about every situation.
Sad state of affairs for the game to be in.

The Script Has been Flipped, by the League Gods!

Last year our final 3 games were against Souths, Storm and Raiders.
This year if we get to the GF, our final 3 games will be against the Raiders, Storm and either Penrith, Souths and to a lesser extent Parra. What if it's souths? Are we happy that it will finally happen? I look forward to that even playing them after that loss.

Is there any chance that 'Walkers on' will happen? This would be left field, but you never know.

            I agree with you completely!

Flanagan plays a similar style to what Cronk used to and I think that's why he was recruited. To swap him around for a running style halfback would throw all the chemistry that Robbo has tried to maintain out the window.

Now is the time to lock it down and grind it out until we overrun the oppositon.

It seems that the interruption in the season has caused fatigue and the points are starting to flow through all matches so I will assume our attack will win us the rest of the games if any.

Chopping and changing positions is having an enormous destabilising effect. Resting players lost match toughness, fitness and combinations for which we are now paying a very high price. We play like strangers now not a team anymore.

yep, one game at a time.
sure we're old and tired, sbw and flanno are on the outer, we're looking to offload players so we can sign suali, the refs are against us, and robbo's lost it but you'd better believe we've got 3 more good games in us

this is the most important game! The bounce back game or go home! The line is correct ! That there is our best team available to us ! Last game is an was last game ! Trent sees the boys run every week , he knows what works as in the talents he has available! Theres no looking back guys ! This is it ! Sitilli has got the nod an Flanno , Friend kicking out of dummy half will help an ease the pressure of the kicking game, especially grubber kicking for repeat set's or scoring thats the only thing Lussic wasn't implementing in our attacking kicking game otherwise he did very well for his first ever final! Sitlli is fast strong BIG if he play his best game LOOK OUT!! SBW will be pumping him up on the bench ready to be king of Tonga lol !! EAST 2 WIN

Yeah that would be real smart. Let’s bring in a 18 Y.O who hasn’t played a game of footy all year who
has never played against men to play in the most important position in the game in a semi final against a massive Raiders side who have 2 halves in exceptional form.

Anyway, things will be better this week with Jake back. I hope we are not yet on the way out, but this week will be a massive test of our resolve and character.

Some people believe supporting the Roosters
is a matter of life and death, I am very disappointed
with that attitude. I can assure you it is
much, much more important than that.

Sorry Mick I can’t quite work out what your saying here - do you think it’s a good idea or a bad one?

Basically Mickie is saying that it would be a good time to see if Sam Walker is any good. He feels it's ok to sacrifice this game so we can see if Walker has what it takes to play NRL.
