We also lost Tets. But we have used some coin in upgrading players - Radley, Keary, SST etc.

Many were done last year and we still had $800K.
Granted that Keary and Teddy will go up but Keary went up about $200K and Teddy also looking around that.
I have no doubt we are in the market for a couple decent players.

Tedesco (3 year 3.6 mill deal although wants a 5 year 6 mill deal) and Keary ( signed 3 year - 930 k a season extension)- aproxomately taking up 2 million or more a season- the cap is 9.9 mill - The squad is going to lack depth as they have other players on decent coin.-

So who doesn't have TWO players who take up 2 million a year? Newcastle Pearce and Ponga, Drongos Milford and Bird. St George Hunt and Norman, Melbourne Smith and Munster, Canberra Whiton and Papali, Parra Moses and Gutherson, Tigers Brooks and the Grub , Cowboys Maguire and Morgan, Titans Fifita and Taylor Penrith Cleary and Tamou. Manly Evans and Turbo.They all have the same situation, because thats how it works. Who would you swap for keary and teddy for LESS money ?

Mitchell's money was spent after they withdraw the contract- upgrades and targeted re-signings is where the money is going and Flano on 280 k was the lowest paid regular NRL half and most likely Regular Chook player too

So if Trell's money went to upgrades where did Tet's and Cronk's money go? We only signed Jmoz, Walker and Flanno on peanuts.
Why did we have money to sign SBW?
So since then we upgrade Teddy and Keary. The rest are done.

We have to fill those 5 spots. We don't have 5 players in our lower grades not currently in our Top 30 so where do you think they will come from?

Yes as np player is worth 1 mill - top players should be on 800k max - 30 players squads- cap is 9.9 mill -so you spend 2 mill on 2 players you have 7.9 for the 28 - a number of them would be on 500k plus - min wage is 80k.- Thats how teams get themselves into trouble paying overs or back ending deals

Thought the cap was 9.6 million with the minimum wage being $105k. That makes it even harder

Just go tell Kez and teddy, we know Fifita got $1.15MILLION, and Pearce, Taylor, Hunt, Evans, Milford, Smith etc are all on a MILLION or MORE, plus at least 30 others on MORE than 800K, but you guys are only worth 800K, we got the word from QUEEN SALLY, so it must be true.
