I said last year when there was alot of anger directed at the Roosters, we at least made sure he had a better chance of playing first grade elsewhere and la onger term contract. The frustration i saw was simply he was going to a club with no real potential of winning a comp and no stars around him to make him look half decent. Well we know now he is not a first grader and i cant wait for the media and especially Andrew Johns to admit the Roosters were right in letting him go despite this learning crap and a young player needing development.
Couldn’t be bothered watching the Vermin inevitably rack up a score against the tame puppy dogs. I think that’s 3 weeks in a row they’ve failed to score which isn’t a great indictment for young Flanno. But he’s hardly the only one to blame for that.
Dogs smashed some Souths players in tackles, including Arrow.
3 of them got hold of Gagai and dumped him.
They tackled like we should've last week.
Dogs were going ok until they lost the ball.
As bad as he is, at the moment, we haven’t found anyone better to partner keary yet, here’s hoping walker is the one. Let’s not pretend lam has done anything more than flanno had.
burton,ado-carr and Brandon smith may give the dogs some hope of scoring points next year.

And yet they still got flogged. Shows how bad they are. It’s only Round 4 and there’s already a divide between the top and bottom teams. Two floggings in the first two games of the round, and this is the great open fast rugba league everyone wants eh? Nah glad I skipped the vermin game BB.
Flanno is coached by the worst coach in the NRL & he is playing along side not one guy that would even make the Roosters bench. He went good at the Chooks who have top players in the team.

Agreed.
TBH it's worrying that the game is turning into one where the team with more legs wins by 50+ and - significant portion of decent players are out with indefinite/season-ending injuries.
IMO there's also more scope for rubbish reffing to determine the result. If you ping one team more than the other then they'll lose their legs and be rubbed out. It's getting tiring seeing this happen every week. Moat results are cricket scores!
[QUOTE=Lydon; The fact he has no running game will come back to bite him unfortunately, especially at a Club with no attacking game!
Was thinking the same thing watching Pappenhuysen tonight. How many clubs passed him over? Sharkies? Wests? He was a reserve grade winger and third choice full back at Melbourne then he got the chance with great attacking side and with the Munster to run off. Found the pathway that his talents suited. Otherwise he disappears unheard of.

Munster is great to watch too, the guy just has so much time, and as tough to tackle as Tedesco, plenty of character in him too.
