800 k a season or over several seasons?- hope its not going back to the old days when the joke was that the Chooks would sign the magna carta if it was a player.

I never liked the signing and always had the opinion it would go sideways or to the doghouse. I appreciated his efforts however I think it’s for the best. Too much drama with him and his dad.

He’s probably the most hyped junior in our country since Ponga. The kid has excelled in Basketball, AFL, Union and Rugby league. He is only 17 and is already 6’4 and close to 100KG. The talent is there and the club recognises this. But like I said the reported figure is hefty and we might need to shed some more players to accomodate him.

Good goalkicker and got a good pass on him but obviously Robbo expects more. Maybe having the luxury of Cronk for two seasons has clouded his judgement a bit because let's face it, their aren't many Cronk's running around in the comp. I like the look of young Suaalii though. He looks to have it upstairs as well which is rare for a young talent and means he could be successful and worth the risk at an early age.

Flanno was probably done once Xerri failed his dope test.

I was just thinking the same.

is anyone in here really going to be feeling nervous in their seats when he has the ball in his hands next year when we are playing the dogs?

Part of me hopes that the Roosters live to regret letting Kyle Flanagan go.

Sam Walker and this youtube hype machine better be Brad Fittler and Sonny Bill Williams is all I'll say. Otherwise Trent Robinson could go from being Sir Alex Ferguson coaching Manchester United to Brian Clough coaching Leeds United very bloody quickly.

Fair warning, I intend to be a Shakespearian witch every time we lose a game by missed goals.

You've touched on a pretty important point.

Flanagan isn't nearly as bad as many on the Chook Pen make him out to be.

And likewise, Walker isn't as good as the Chook Pen make him out to be.

Odds are that Robbo has made the right choice, but it's not as cut and dry as a lot of people here paint it.

Did as good or if not better than what Pearce did in his first year who was then given 8 years to get his game better where as Flanno was given 1 year. Thanks for your efforts Flanno.
This Sam Walker would want to be real good.
