      This is was Weidler said:

“The Roosters are in the process of making room to try and secure Suaalii. I THINK Kyle Flanagan is a part of that,” Weidler said on Big Sports Breakfast on Tuesday.

      “I
THINK the Roosters are going to have to lose another player or two, maybe someone of significance.

So what he is actually saying is he knows SFA. But he THINKS he knows what is going on at the Roosters. GFY

I heard Jake say late in the season that he wants to break Aubbo's record.

At the back end of both of his seasons Robinson has shifted him into a rotation role at lock forward and each time Crichton has absolutely killed it. He seems to thrive on the freedom that lock forward provides him and really struggle with the structural requirements that 2nd row demand of him.

The problem is Radley is a 60min lock forward and is a special talent. You don't want to split the 80mins between the two because they're both too good for that and you wouldn't want to shift Radley to an edge to accommodate Crichton because Radley provides so much to the team that Crichton couldn't from lock forward not to mention I'm not sure how he would go in the 2nd row despite playing quite a bit of his junior footy there.

It's a really tough one but Crichton just doesn't seem to have found his position in the team yet and for someone on such a significant salary that must be causing some headaches for Robbo.
          Agreed

Well it's up to the club to manage this.

Yes I agree but it’s not easy for the Club with long serving players who believe they have more in the tank then they actually do!

Especially Boyd and Jake who have proven in the past that sometimes they are too tough for their own good..

Absolutely agree. He is still a kid and learning at 24. So much upside. I'd also take him over Sitili any day and will be filthy if he is poached. If I'm the Dragons or Dogs he is the type of player you throw big bucks at.

If he is only playing to break records then he is here for the wrong reasons. Needs almost 2 injury free seasons to get anywhere Aubo's record and with his body I can't see that happening. As good as he's been I'd be happy to go with Lussick and Verrills from now on. And please - just one Captain. Cordner for now and in time hopefully Angus will do if we can keep him.

Wests Tigers/Manly/Drags/Dogs are set to make significant offers to Crichton - more than the Chooks can match

And if Cords is off the field or out injured?? - Currently Cords and Friendly are co-captains and JWH vice captain

When you consider Angus was in a losing team during the finals series, he was pretty impressive.
He has to be the form forward in the competition, based on the last few weeks effort.
He leaves Kikau' in the dust , based on the last couple of weeks.
The supposed superstar of the game - Taumalolo even comes up short from what I saw during the year.
Gives you an idea where Angus is at.

But we never lose a player that we want so what's the problem? If Angus wants to stay, he will for whatever is offered!
